What are the fees for music lessons?
Music lesson fees are within the range of $50-$180 per lesson, depending on the level and where the lessons will be held. Typically beginners will start at $50 per lesson.

Should I buy a violin or cello before learning?
You are encouraged to start learning on a good violin or cello to encourage good playing and better posture. If you are unsure if you will like to play the violin or cello, you can rent a violin or cello from us. Rental prices start from $50 per month.
If you like the violin or cello that you rent, you can eventually buy it from us. Our teachers will be able to guide you to choose a suitable violin or cello.

When will you collect the lesson fees in Singapore?
Lessons are based on one term. We will collect at the start of each new term.
Will I have make up lessons if I am unable to attend that week?
Yes, we will allow make up lessons to be completed within the same term.
Can I do a trial lesson to see if I want to continue learning the instrument?
Are your music teachers certified?
All our violin teachers, cello teachers, piano teachers and other music teachers have gone through ABRSM (Association Board of Royal School of Music) certification and with years of experience.
Location of music classes?
Music classes can be conducted at LVL Music Academy (2 mins walk from Chinatown MRT), your home or online.
How are your Music classes conducted?
Our music classes are conducted one to one or group classes at our music studio, home or online. Our teachers take great care in providing quality music lessons to the students.
When is a good time for a child to start learning violin?
Every child is different, however, we can recommend age 4 onwards to start learning the violin. Age 2.5 -4 years, you can introduce them to basic music appreciation.

I am an adult, is it too late to learn violin?
No, it is not. You can learn to play the violin and enjoy it.

When should my child start to take music exams?
Typically, within 6-8 months of continuously and strict learning with home practice, your child should be able to go for exams.
