Return & Refund Policy


1. Cancellation Period / Timeframe

After Purchase and Before Delivery:

There are no cancellations allowed once purchase of musical instruments and accessories is made from our shop page. Strictly no refund will be given. But we do provide store credits in case the customer would like to purchase different products in case of changing your mind, you may send us an email at to request a store credit for your purchased items.

After Purchase and After Delivery: 

There are no cancellations allowed once purchase is made and the good(s) are delivered to the customer. Strictly no refund will be given. If you change your mind and would like to purchase a different product(s), we will give you store credits if you return us the goods within 7 days upon receiving your goods. You will be responsible to bear the charges of returning the goods to LVL Music Academy.

2. Method of Refund

We only provide store credits if you would like to return your good(s) and you should be able to use your store credits to purchase new items from our shop page.

3. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

We always go through a quality check for all the products that are sold in our shop page before delivering the goods to our customers, but if you face damaged or incorrect products upon delivery we will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense.

5. Shipping & Packing Costs

The shipping cost for books are $4 per delivery to all locations within Singapore.

The shipping cost for all other items are at a flat rate of $15 to all locations within Singapore.

You will enjoy free shipping on goods over $500.

Which couriers do you use?

We use our own delivery service, so we can make sure all our products are handles with care during the delivery period.

Do you deliver worldwide? If so what are the costs associated?

At the moment we only deliver to our Singapore customers.

6. Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

If the customer needs to return a good in the case of changing their mind, the consumer will need to pay for sending goods back to us. If the customer is returning a good to us due to defects or receiving incorrect good, LVL Music Academy will bear the cost of shipping.

7. Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period

If the 7 days cancellation period has been exceeded, the customer will not be able to return a product.

9. What is the policy on returning goods

You can only return goods within 7 days of your purchase if:

The goods you have received are incorrect or having defects.

You have changed your mind and would like to purchase a different product(s). In this case you can return to us non damaged goods and request for store credits.
